Weekly Yoga Class Schedule

Practice with us seven days a week. Our yoga classes provide a supportive environment for you to explore the transformative power of yoga. Led by experienced instructors, our classes cater to all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. There is a class for everyone. At Saha Yoga Cooperative, we believe in modifying poses to fit our bodies – rather than asking the body to change to fit a pose. Whether you’re coming in for a gentle yoga class or a vinyasa flow, we have props on hand. While many students choose to bring their own mats, we have mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters to support your practice.

When you make yoga a ritual in your life, you not only improve your physical strength, range of motion, and flexibility but also cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your body. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation, you will learn to connect with your inner self and find balance in your everyday life. Join us for class and learn how to continue to take yoga off of the mat.

No registration is required. Teachers are in studio holding space by 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Payment for single class passes is accepted at the time of class and payment for unlimited monthly yoga is accepted at your first class of the calendar month. We accept cash, check, and venmo.
