Our Saha Shala
We’ve moved into our Saha Shala (together home)! We are so thrilled to share this space with all of you. We wish for this new home to be a place where all are welcome, where we continue to unearth the meaning of yoga. May this new space be a place where you find respite, healing, and peace. May it be a place where you know you belong and use as your own sanctuary.

The building is shared with Balance Massage & Wellness. Park in the paved lot across Jackson Street or on the north side of our building (Factory 12).

We are thrilled to invite you to join the Saha Yoga Cooperative of Columbus, Indiana.
The Yoga Cooperative, founded by Michelle Flynn, Jackie Garn, and Lezlie Ward, offers in-person yoga in our community.
Our hope is to share:
Michelle: “the ritual of coming back to yourself and recentering to leave the mat and go out into the world a little more grounded.”
Jackie: “a yoga practice in which we find transformation, healing, and a connection to your innermost self.”
Lezlie: “a space to cultivate inner and outer connections, community, and that amazing feeling we find at the end of yoga and meditation…that carries us into the rest of our day and our life.”
