Single Class and Monthly Unlimited Yoga Passes

Yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. Through the practice of asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, you can release tension, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Our intention at Yoga Cooperative is to create a space where you can come back to yourself, reconnect with your body and breath, and find inner transformation and healing.

At Saha Yoga Co-op, we believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but also a way of life. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive community where everyone feels welcome and accepted. Our classes and sessions are judgment-free spaces where you can explore and deepen your practice at your own pace.

Our instructors are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and creating a space for self-discovery and transformation. They are committed to helping you develop a deeper understanding of the power of yoga to cultivate positive change in your life.

We want yoga to be accessible to all and hope that you find our pricing reflects that value. We accept cash, check, and venmo.

Supported Bridge – Yoga is for everyone

If you practice yoga, you probably already know the wonderful benefits it offers. There is something that happens when we show up on our mat. A freedom to be as you are and meet yourself there. No matter the life circumstance you find yourself in, there is a coming home to yourself, a sustenance, and the practice becomes life sustaining. Over a period of time you come to the understanding of impermanence, and the ebb and flow of life’s constant changes.

A dear friend of the Saha Yoga Co-op understands these ups and downs. And they would like to generously and anonymously offer free class passes to whomever may be having financial hardships, but would love to continue to come to practice.

When you come to class, we have a small bowl of heart charms that signify this free class pass. At the sign in table, you can take one of the hearts and put it in the cash box, it will be anonymous on your end, so the teacher and other students will not know who has utilized the charm. All you’ll have to do is sign in as usual and circle single pass.

The name of the fund is Supported Bridge. We all need a little support, whether it’s from a foam block or a from a person. We hope this will help you find sustenance and freedom to move and breathe with us without feeling the pressure of financial burdens.

Private Yoga Sessions

Want to work one on one with one of our teachers: Jackie, Michelle, Lezlie, Isa, or Bethany? A private session might be right for you and is often a beautiful step along your yoga journey – whether you are new, returning to practice after injury, or hoping to deepen your practice. Private yoga is student driven. We will begin with an intake form to understand your current practice, interests, and intentions. Detailing your information helps you articulate your current practice and goals for private guidance and ensures your time with us is well spent. This solid foundation will simplify the first session and aid in developing the student/instructor relationship. After that, you and the instructor you’re working with will set up your schedule for private sessions together.

Private sessions are $25 for 30 minutes or $50 for 1 hour.
