Embody Yoga with Michelle is a new opportunity to go deeper in your practice with an immersive, personalized mentorship. 

Embody Yoga will provide you with new deeply rooted rituals that align with your highest self and truest purpose. Michelle will tailor your weekly asana sessions for functional strength and mobility. And we will take your yoga practice beyond the poses and cultivate an intentional shift in your mindset, patterns, and relationships with Michelle as your guide. 

What you can expect:

  • Thorough intake assessment including movement screening
  • Weekly in person private yoga session tailored to you
  • Weekly check ins
  • Personalized practices recorded for you between sessions: meditation, morning routine, and yoga for sleep
  • Journal prompts aligned with your goals

While we will absolutely take a closer look at your body mechanics, your patterns, and how you are feeling on a physical level, I am delighted to take this practice to a deeper level with you. So much of our physical practice is a mirror or a metaphor for how we are showing up in our daily lives beyond the mat. If you are new to the eight limbs of yoga – to yoga philosophy in general – this is a beautiful place to start. Or if you have been feeling for awhile that you would benefit from slowing down, tuning in, answering tough questions thoughtfully, auditing how you are showing up (or not showing up), and carving out the space for deep work – you don’t have to do it alone.

Note: this is a yoga based mentorship. Michelle is not a therapist and would never want to replace yours. All of our sessions and discussions will be through the lens of yoga teachings.
