A yoga series designed for runners hosted at Saha Yoga in Columbus, IN.
New series begins Sunday July 28 + runs for 10 weeks (pun always intended ) until September 29th. This 10 week series is specifically designed to complement the movement mechanics and body requirements of running. It would also benefit many other sports enthusiasts so you’re welcome even if you don’t fancy yourself a runner.
