Breath for Beginners Workshop at Saha Yoga

An introductory workshop to pranayama with Jackie Garn

We are stoked to offer Breath for Beginners, an introductory workshop to Pranayama with Jackie. In this hour and a half session we will learn the fundamentals of deep yogic breathing techniques to harmonize and restore internal states. We will start with resonance breathing and learn pranayamas such as 3-part yogic breath, Kapalabhati (literally skull shining breath, an invigorating cleansing breath practice), alternate nostril breathing, Brahmari (bumblebee breath), and viloma (interrupted breathing). All are welcome, this workshop is suited for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

This workshop will be held at Saha (1250 Jackson Street) Saturday August 10 | 8:00 – 9:30 AM .
