Meditation Series

Meditation helps us know ourselves and get clear about what is important in our life.  A beautiful way to learn to meditate is with an instructor who can answer your specific individual questions. Beginners and experienced meditators are warmly welcomed to join this beautiful experience.  

We gather Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:45pm at Saha Yoga (1250 Jackson Street).

Cost is $12 for drop in | $10 for each friend if you come with a group | included in monthly membership to Saha We accept cash, check, or Venmo.

We have bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows to help ensure you are comfortable.
