Designed to complement your postpartum experience, Michelle is leading another round of Baby & Me Postnatal yoga at Saha. We focus on relaxation, core and pelvic floor reconnection and strengthening, baby feeding and caregiving counter poses (to relieve shoulders, backs, wrists, etc), connection to baby, and building a community with other parents.
3 week series: May 7, 14, 21
Wednesdays 11:30-12:30 with social time until 1pm

You are welcome to attend ANY amount of time postpartum. Including baby is completely optional and mobile babies are welcome – though we acknowledge it’s more effort on your end. Though this class will be designed with certain elements associated with postpartum, this class doesn’t need to exclude you if you aren’t a birth parent. We all have cores, pelvic floors, and can benefit from the yoga that will be offered, especially relaxation and counter poses for baby feeding and caregiving.
Drop ins are welcome. $18 drop in, additional caregivers can join for the Saha friendly rate of $10.
